In Phoenix Rising, I explore themes of resilience, transformation, and rebirth, capturing the essence of renewal through the medium of clay. The phoenix—a powerful symbol of rising from the ashes—mirrors our own potential to rebuild and transcend. In shaping each curve and contour, I aimed to evoke movement and energy, almost as if the sculpture itself is in the process of lifting, fueled by an inner fire.
